TAX REVENUE
This project is expected to generate significant tax revenue for Silver Springs that can be spent on schools, parks, public safety and other community needs. Tract will be using local consultants to provide accurate estimates for project revenue.

PROTECTING Silver Springs’ Resources
Tract has conducted studies to identify any potential impacts to cultural and environmental resources.

MINIMAL COMMUNITY IMPACT
The technology park’s traffic activity is less than residential or industrial development, and significantly less than logistics and distribution centers. The developer will pay for the costs of any road improvements associated with this campus and has already performed a traffic impact analysis which has been accepted by NDOT.

270+ HIGH-PAYING DATA CENTER JOBS
Employing not just IT engineers, but also security guards, electricians, and technicians. Many of these jobs can be filled by residents of Silver Springs and the surrounding areas. Data centers also indirectly create many additional jobs by supporting local businesses.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a master-planned technology campus?
Our technology campuses will house data centers and are thoughtfully designed and intentionally planned to provide the maximum economic benefit to communities with the least disruption. We work with communities, municipalities, and utility companies to ensure everyone is involved through every step of the process.
So you build data centers?
Not quite. We acquire and prepare the land so that data center operators can easily and quickly build the data centers we need to support our daily lives. Data centers store data and applications so businesses, hospitals, banks, and more can safely store and process their and their users’ data. When you shop or bank online, store photos on the cloud, or run any streaming service, you rely on a data center.
